As stated in the syllabus, your outline should be used to see whether your ideas connect to each other, what order of ideas work best, or whether you have sufficient evidence to support each of your points before writing your paper. This process will assist you in formulating your thoughts in a way that flows smoothly and covers all necessary information.
Please remember to include the following points:

– History/biography of your leader.
Style(s) of leadership…Charismatic or Transformational?
– The effect of this person’s leadership, both positive and negative.
– How broad is the influence of this leader…locally, regionally, internationally?
– The characteristics that make your leader famous or stand out.
– The strengths and weaknesses of your leader.
